Note – Only our oil perfumes can be shipped overseas.

Our office hours are Mon – Fri. 9.00am – 5.30pm. Please make sure to leave your name, telephone number and best time to reach you should we miss your call.

Payment Options

Simply order online via the secure shopping – cart.

You can choose to pay with PayPal. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. PayPal is highly respected, well-established processors of credit card payments with high level security to protect your privacy. To find out more, look at their website: https://www.paypal.com.au. We do not accept money orders or cheques. All prices are in Australian currency and GST inclusive.

Bank Deposit or Transfer is also accepted. Funds have to be cleared in the account before goods are released and shipped to your address. Our bank details are as follows:-Account name. – Skin-biz. BSB Number. – 814 282 Account Number. – 10735986. Please put your name and receipt number for reference purposes.

Afterpay. Customers can choose to pay for their order in 4 interest-free instalments. Our payment partner for this service is AfterPay. All you need is a credit card for instant approval, there is no application form or fee.

To get started simply choose the AfterPay payment option at the bottom of our Checkout.

After you check out we’ll pack and ship your order as usual and you will have three remaining payments to make to AfterPay, one every fortnight.

How do I make my remaining after pay payments?

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise AfterPay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight. AfterPay charges a fee for late payment. Find out more in the AfterPay FAQs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection. There is a few overseas destinations that we will not ship to. If your country destination is not our list, we do not ship our products there.

Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.

If your country has tight customs or import laws, your parcel MAY be stopped by customs. We are not responsible for any costs or delivery delays that are incurred should this happen, though we will do our best to package your products in such a way as to minimise the chance of this happening. If you would like us to label your parcel a certain way to ensure speedy delivery, please contact us when placing your order with instructions.

Payment is only accepted via PayPal at this time. PayPal account details are available as you proceed through our checkout. If you are ordering from overseas, please email us and leave contact details and email address, so that we can advise you on cost and country specific information for shipping and labelling requirements.

International shipments are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. Delivery time to each country may vary, but for a guide you can visit the Australia Post website here.

Orders

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.

Can I change or add to my order once i have submitted it?

Unfortunately no changes can be made to your order once you have submitted it as most of our orders do get shipped within 24 hours.This means that as much as we would love to add to your order or change an item in your order, we simply can’t. All orders are packed as soon as they are placed for speedy delivery. If you have changed your mind on an item you have ordered, you are free to send it back for a credit note within 14 days. Please note we can not pay for your return postage in this case.
